Yes. All drivers must be 18 years or older and hold a valid driving licence for their vehicle.

To preserve the experience and maintain a relaxed pace, each tour is limited to a maximum of 20 rooms/cars.

Ottano driving tours typically include:
* 6–8 nights in hand-picked 4★ & 5★ hotels
* Three-course dinner each evening
* Daily breakfast

* Full tour support throughout
Fuel, tolls, lunches and personal expenses are not included unless otherwise stated.

Yes. A second person sharing your room may join for a additional fee, reflected in the options at checkout, which covers their accommodation and dining.

Yes. Two drivers sharing a room may each bring their own car.
There is no additional vehicle fee, but the passenger supplement still applies if two people are sharing the room.

Optional luggage transport may be available for a small additional charge and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited capacity.

Ottano tours are spirited but safe road drives, not races or timed events.
We travel in small groups, respect local laws, and prioritise enjoyment, scenery and good company.

Yes. Each day begins with a short briefing covering the route, key stops and any important notes. You will receive a tour booklet with pre-pinned Google Maps routes, and walkie-talkies are provided for live communication between cars.

Once your deposit is received, your place is confirmed and you will receive:
* A booking confirmation and payment schedule
A video consultation with Ottano* to answer any questions and help you prepare
Access to a private WhatsApp group for your tour, created approximately two weeks before departure*

A 20% deposit* secures your place
The final balance is due 60 days before departure*
* Bookings made within 60 days of the start date require full payment
Flexible financing for full payment may be available at checkout.

The deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellations within 90 days of departure are non-refundable due to hotel commitments.
You may:
Transfer your place to another driver*, subject to their vehicle being suitable for the tour
Request a credit toward a future Ottano tour*, provided the request is made more than 90 days before departure.
Any credit is offered at Ottano’s discretion and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
An administration fee may apply.

Drivers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle is fully insured for all countries visited on their chosen tour.
We recommend confirming European cover with your insurer.

We recommend arranging European breakdown cover to ensure you are protected in the unlikely event of any reliability issues.

Absolutely. Many guests join as passengers and enjoy the hotels, scenery and dining experience.

The Channel crossing is not included to give drivers flexibility in how they travel.
You may choose to arrive via Eurotunnel or ferry, and we will provide recommended crossings along with a suggested pre-tour hotel for those who wish to arrive the evening before.
